I've always wondered about player development in a case like this. I know studs have come out of HBCUs and FCS. But you are not competing against other top end players like you would in the SEC or other P5, hell even G5. Is that a big deal for this player's chances to get to the NFL?

I know for a fact that in the black community there’s a ton of talk for kids to start signing with HBCUs. This is the first of many. In 5 years it may be MOST of the top go to HBCUs and corporations and networks start pouring money into them as well with NILs and TV contracts. I have no problem with this.
