re: Lumber prices….here we go again.

We are about five weeks from being done building our house. We got lucky and started building in July when lumber was around 550 per thousand board feet. We saved almost $25,000 in lumber cost compared to our quote from May when lumber was at its peak. That’s on 2,400sf living. We also have a 600sf screened in outdoor kitchen. Hopefully that gives you something to go by.
