So no fire suppression, or fire alarms either, right? No heat or AC in the building either, because freezing cold and sweltering heat are acts of nature. Giving people a safe place to ride out a tornado isn’t making a business responsible for acts of nature. It’s making businesses responsible for the safety of its employees in an emergency.

Stupid logic is stupid.

Heat in the summer and cold in the winter are acts of nature. Expecting the building owner to mitigate those effects by installing heat and ac isn't making the owner responsible for acts of nature, it's making the owner responsible for the well-being of their workers, when they are at the factory.

While I have empathy for the workers who lost their lives in this storm, they chose to work there. I just don't agree that it is some outlandish expectation from a guy that couldn't store all his money in a shelter large enough to make his employees at that factory safe, even if it was in $100 bills.
