This isn't shite happens. This was easily preventable. These are newer buildings and could have put storm shelters in place. The 2nd richest man in the world could have easily protected these people.

So you want a precedent that forces all business owners who build new buildings to include storm shelters for their employees? Are you a small government proponent as well?
