For one you have to stop worrying about being racist.
You jail the little frickers. If they arent committing violent crimes, then slap them on the wrist. If they do it again, serious time.
Jails are over crowded? Stop arresting people for possession of weed.
Worried about coivd? Who gives a frick? id rather worry about coivd then some 17 year old pointing a hand gun at me and my family because he wants my car.
