I see Zachary, Catholic, UHigh, and Southern Lab all won state championships over the last two weeks. And seems like those programs have been winning or in contention for the titles the last 3-5 years. I know these schools are all accused of recruiting, but are there that many top level players in East Baton Rouge compared to the rest of the state for this parish to dominate multiple divisions at multiple schools like they have the last couple of years?

The reality is that EBR public schools are so bad that no family wants to send their kids there if they can avoid it.
People love to throw the word “recruiting” when, in reality, parents are knocking on doors trying to find better options for their kids.

Broadmore’s loss is their gain.

Delusional
Any parent that cares around the BR area does whatever it takes to avoid the public school

10 years after Katrina BR has dominated football, it has become the new football epicenter in LA.

Lafayette did the same thing last year with Carencro, STM, LCA and Acadiana. Both areas are rich with talent

The big overall shift is from North LA to South LA dominance.
West Monroe, Evangel and Neville have cooled off the past few years.
