They do, we are a GC and we build a lot of buildings in plants, it’s our specialty. Newer construction is up to higher standards and companies are wanting to even exceed that. We are building a building in lake Charles right now that is engineered and built to withstand 177mph winds.

If building requirements were stricter , they would be unaffordable , check out California
