The reaction had been overwhelmingly positive actually. Which if you've been here for any significant period of time you'd realize is an extremely rare occurrence.

I agree with this. A lot of our fans are way too attached with what we already had an it's difficult to let go and having it pried away from them is like taking the noopy out of a baby's mouth for the last time in their lives. They're going to cry a lot at first but when things get better they'll forget that they even needed it.
