The contrast between Aranda and Brady in their approaches to their careers has been interesting.
Aranda strikes me as very patient and self-aware. He doesn't jump at the first opportunity to come along, but thinks hard about whether he's truly ready. He wants to be 100% ready before he goes to the next level, and not learning everything on the job.
Brady, as with many others, moved up as quickly as soon as the opportunities were made available. It's tempting, but not always the best path.
