Their UI is geared towards Boomers. If you have ever dealt with that generation and technology, you will understand.

Except I have dealt, and continue to deal, with that generation and technology and I do not understand.

Are you saying the poor UI leads to boomers making mistakes that inadvertently mean Vanguard gets more money or something?

I don't know anyone that likes VGDs UI, Boomers or other. I have Schwab, Fidelity, Wells and VGD and all the trades at each are free, and I don't like VGD UI at all. The thing at VGD which is useful is being able to add to otherwise closed funds.
