If I was Manny I'd be at UF or FSU, with all my recruits, post haste.
Hell, maybe CBK can give him a QC role as a parachute so he can flip the bird to them as he lights the match on the way out.
He's had some pretty solid recruiting at TheU, some guys I wouldn't mind for him to bring in tow. Or UF... that's one of the reasons Mullen is gone. Miami had many times more of the top-25 in-state FL recruits than UF (who had zero last year).

Norvell would git a home run bringing in Manny in some capacity to tag team south Florida with Randy Shannon

He’s an FSU alum as is Stephanie (his wife). That’s also the school UM hates most. Recruiting Coordinator at FSU would be a great job for him.
