But as another poster said, there’s just something about the McDonalds sausage egg & cheese McMuffin that makes it probably my biggest fast food guilty pleasure. I honestly think I could eat 4-5 of them if I wanted to.
Only complaint is occasionally I’ll happen upon a slapdick location where they fail to toast the English muffin, I’m not even sure how that’s possible but it really pisses me off

A good toast on the muffin is the key to all McD's muffin sandwiches.
I will add, 2 sausage patties and an order of scrambled eggs is as good of a fast , low carb breakfast for under 5 dollars anywhere.
