Just go to auction with a trailer, but leave it unlocked and walk away. Do that a few times and you will eventually leave with a free horse.

When was the last time you were at a sale? Kill horses are selling for top dollar right now. I was buying them for a while trying to find a diamond in the rough and wife got tired of it. Starting picking up some other here and there and flanking them to see if they’d buck and make decent practice horses. A year ago it was 200 dollars. Now some older kill horses are going for 8-900 a head. Livestock market is crazy right now
