Can we just mourn the victims for now?

19 precious little ones and two teachers that were days away from summer break.
Looking forward to spending time with family and friends and now they are gone.
There will be much time later to place blame and point fingers.

I do mourn for them. No parent should have to endure that.
The problem is the opportunists that look for every way to disarm the American public to meet their Agenda. They have no shame. They have no answers either.

It really is horrific
I dread the aftermath, because instead of mourning together and rallying to support people who are grieving unimaginable loss, we just devolve into moronic argument that we all know won't be productive
It's almost worse knowing that in a week people will move on, and all the country surrounding this broken town will have done was had some fights on cable news before moving on to the next thing.

Biden's speech yesterday was a travesty.

Joe Biden didn’t wait until their little bodies were cold to go political

According to you, what is the appropriate time people should wait?
Is it a proper time yet to blame/finger-point/call-to-action the Stoneman Douglas shooting? Is it time for Sandy Hook yet?

We could at least wait until they are buried.

Agreed. This isn’t the time for debate or taking up a cause. A massacre just took place and yes, you can be angry, mournful etc… but right now the focus needs to be on those people down there and giving them everything they need.
This is what I posted prior to the speech yesterday:
I’m just hoping that he avoids politicizing it. Just make it about supporting those killed, their families and that community. I won’t hold my breath that it happens but I’m hoping....
This is what I posted afterwards:
I think he was doing okay until just after the soul being ripped away comment. So I guess he was on the right track for the first 2 minutes or so. Hyper political afterwards. Exactly what isn't needed right now. They aren't letting this crisis go to waste. A truly shameful display by a desperate man...

You need to send this to the Democrats, Hollywood and the Media as you have an issue with them.
THEY are the ones that get excited whenever a tragedy like this occurs and IMMEDIATELY start fundraising , finger pointing and demonizing.
This boards REACTION to their actions is not the problem.

When has Boodan given a speech that wasn't a travesty?
