Grilled oysters

Got a reliable source for fresh oysters. Got 2 dozen a few weeks ago and forgot to post the pictures from the cook. They were so good, we just ate them out side right off the grill

I grab a couple of dozen from my Albertsons every now and then and do this. It is a real hit.

I picked up a sack of oysters two years ago on the way back from Grand Isle and invited my wife’s family over for an “oyster night.” We shucked oysters and ate them raw and several dozen on the pit and my wife got out a couple of muffin pans and would put an oyster in each muffin hole and covered them with shredded Parmesan cheese, garlic butter, spinach dip, all kinds of shite and put them in the oven on broil.

I ate oysters until I was almost sick.

Man I need to do that again.
