A B-lister gets top billing in second tier movies.

I am a big fan... Overall he is a B-lister. That is not to say Twister is not a great movie. Here is a link to his top movies: Top 10
He's no Tom Cruise.

Not really. I am just a poster with an opinion that differs from yours. So you put Paxton up there with Robert Downey Jr. and Tom Cruise, Leo, Tom Hanks? Or that one role in Twister was so monumental that he gets A-lister status in your book. Google B-lister and see how often his name comes up.

To be an A-lister he has to get Top billing in those movies, not supporting roles.

How the hell is Paxton a B-lister?
That's dumb.

I consider the term B lister to be a pejorative and Paxton has had an incredible career.
Off the top of my head he is in an 80's classic, he's in maybe the 2nd or 3rd best sci-fi sequel of all time and he is in one of the best two or three westerns of the modern era.
That's his resume before the wheels even start turning to think about it.
Also.....Titanic and Apollo 13.
Amongst dozens of others.

A B-lister doesn't make $3.5 million a film. Bill Paxton does.
