Cruise Ship Excursions

Can anyone recommend excursions for locations:
Roatan, Honduras
Cozumel, Mexico
Costa Maya, Mexico
Cruisin in July and haven't been on one in almost 20 years.

I have taken this cruise on NCL out of New Orleans.
Roatan
We went to a beach resort on Tabyana Beach on West Bay. The beach was beautiful and the snorkeling wag great. Fun day.
Costa Maya
We took the tour to the Chachoben Mayan ruins It was interesting.
Cozumel
I have been there several times. There are some private beach resorts you can go to but we usually just hang around town.
Roatan

I'm guessing this is for the NCL cruise out of Nola.
For Cozumel just do Mr Sanchos or Paradise Beach for the day. Its like a 10-15 minute cab ride from the port.

We just got back this week from a cruise with 2 of those locations. We had Belize instead of Costa Maya.
In Roatan we went to Sol y Mar beach club on the north side of the island. It was a nice little beach and it was all inclusive. There was even a guy that was carrying a sloth and a monkey standing at the fence line that was charging people to hold them. I had never seen a sloth before so it was kinda cool.
In Cozumel we took a catamaran to Isla Pasion. I wouldn’t do that one if I were you. The boat ride is an hour each way so you really get 3 hours there at the beach. If it were me I’d take a cab to a beach club that way you have more time to enjoy.
