I doubt it. They’d be 12-1, ACC Champs, defending national champs, whose loss was in September. We’d only be 11-1, not even division champs, and coming off a loss in November (assuming you’re assuming our 1 loss is to Bama). While their schedule is certainly garbage, I think they’d get in over us if we’re both vying for that 4th spot. But there is SOOOOOO much left to be played out.
That said, I can’t think a reason a Clemson loss hurts us, so Go Heels.

No that means even if we Beat Bama they'll sneak back in as #4 playoff seed.
We want Clemson to keep wining, Ohio State to go undefeated, Oklahoma to win out and if we beat Bama they'll be locked out with 3 other undefeated conference champs.

Dig this , Utah St lost to Wake Forest by 3 points in the last minute who is also undefeated 4-0 and one of those wins was holding off Mack's Brown UNC in the last minute of the game who should have just went into OT with Clemson ..Mack Brown is a idiot and now has blown three games (Miami, WF, Clemson) in the last minutes for UNC ,anyhow that's how f#$k'n good Utah St is with Love at QB and a great running game and a good defense ! LSU better be prepared and not like so many here on Tiger rant looking past Utah St as if it's a done deal and rambling on about Auburn , Bama Florida etc...
