I think this is the most excited I've ever been for an upcoming season.

Something about this year. Great freaking start to 2016.
Day 1: hires Dave Aranda
Day 2: 2 commitment and re-establishes Number 1 class
Our defense will improve greatly. With Dave's character and our talent, we could very well have a top 5 if not too defense
As for offense, we have 2 players that just refuse to go down. Fournette and Guice is the best running back duo I've seen in years. If Guice improves like fournette did in his second season, our running game will be unstoppable. And Harris. 2nd year as starter and a pretty good bowl game performance to end the season on.
And don't forget the great incoming talent from this years class.

Yep, these past few day's have changed my opinion, about the future. Les made a flat out slam dunk hire at DC, and now recruiting has picked up. I also think Cam being on the sidelines next season, is huge.

The hire is certainly a nice surprise, but, we're still talking about a coach who has finished out of the top 50 in total offense for 9 of 11 years.

Aranda was a nice hire and we have some really good recruits but we still have a lot of things to fix. I have gotten myself wound up like this before only to crash and burn in Nov. I am taking a wait and see approach this year.

I still think this lack of a real QB in recruiting is a serious concern. Even if BH blows up for the next two years, if we don't get a decent guy this year, that's a problem.
It means that any real "help" coming in behind BH will be a RS Freshman the year after BH leaves. I'm sorry. No. I've no faith in the 2-3 star guy we got last year.
But hell. Even if he turns out OK, we have significant depth issues at QB if we get nothing of substance this year.
And, we still seem to be having trouble getting BEEF!!! We've got skill players coming out of our eyeballs, and that's great............but..........we need some more hogs.
