Is LSU-Bama at 7 PM pretty much assured at this point?

Just wondering if the game is basically expected to be at 7PM central on November 7th for CBS. Seems like it has been every year for the past few and not many other games at this point worthy on that day.

Pretty much, yes. The official announcement won't be until Monday, but I would be shocked if it's not a 7:00 kickoff.

It'll definitely be 730pm. CBS gets one per year. No other game comes close. Not even the SECCG

Like cheerwine said, the official is announcement is monday. That being said, I think it's as much of a lock as anything. CBS gets first pick with this time slot, and it's the only game between 2 ranked teams ... let alone two top 10 teams and a match with two national brand teams. The last three years this game has been crazy good for ratings.

What makes it even more crazy is that Fournette has been a ratings juggernaut for networks, LSU games at night have been some of the most watched across America this season.
