Saban and best SEC team is just not getting left out of playoffs. Its just not happening. Especially when a Texas-Alabama rematch would draw crazy ratings. AND the committee got so burned on TCU (FSU) last year.

Such a gift and somehow “the best four teams” do not include a revenge-minded Georgia. that’s gift number two. Gift number three is the forgotten iron bowl muffed punt miracle throw game that despite being nine days ago is viewed as ancient history
