Jayden Daniel’s inefficiencies from last season are still there. The team did not help him with drops and no run game. However HE DID NOT ATTEMPT A PASS INSIDE THE HASHMARKS OVER 5 yards. He does not trust his eyes or his arm over the middle where bodies are. We’re losing 1/3 of the field. He’s also not going to let his guys go make a play. Travis’s big plays were letting his guys go get a ball in man coverage. Not even an option with JD. He actually tried twice with Malik and it was ugly.

Again this was not the reason for this embarrassment but we were told he’s improved and took it to the next level and it’s the same thing as last year. We will struggle through the SEC schedule with him at QB, even if our WR’s learn how to catch.

Now that's crazy. Talk about an OC with 1 hand tied behind his back. Still inexcusable to not score at the goal line in 5 attempts.

Yep, anyone can see we’re going to have major problems at qb going through the SEC schedule. We were all hoping for improvement but we were all pretty naive to think there would be.

He literally hit butterfinger Lacy more that 5 yards over the middle and he dropped...surprisingly

Bk bought into his own team’s hype.. and that’s very concerning. Dude been coaching ball for 30+ years.

It took Lacy a few moments to get over the sheer shock that JD5 attempted the pass.
He still should’ve caught it.

Let’s say 10 yards and it’s still a terrible stat.

Or 4th and inches and we go into shotgun.
As for defense when they had 3rd and 12 and we only rush 3.
So many questions. This staff has some inefficiencies coaching and recruiting apparently.

Yeah, a ton of bad. I’m trying to move on and see where we could improve. I just think Daniels hit his ceiling. It’ll be what we saw last year as teams figured out how to play him.

I didn’t there would be improvement at qb….I also feel the coaches lied to us about his strides….

Why even watch this team if this is what we get?

My feeling this whole off-season was they were campaigning for him. They told us he’s working hard, doing the right things, making strides, developing….ect. Almost like they were willing him to be better. And he’s just simply not better. So now what do you do? I hope the answer is other options.

One problem is some believing the hype that this team is/was the #5 team in the country with the players LSU got from the portal..it all looked great on paper but not on the field where it counts..FOOLS GOLD..too many buy into the Media BS.. this game was hyped as the #5 team vs the #8 team in the country.. it was done mostly for television ratings on college football opening weekend..
