I would much rather them than Nicholls. We would pound Tulane. I think we’d beat Nicholls as well but I’d rather the greenie weenies. Also forces usl to win their game right now to get an automatic bid. Anybody on the bubble is sick right now watching Tulane win. I think they’ll ship Nicholls to Arkansas.

This board is such pussies. LSU would kill Nicholls even with their #1 on the mound with our #3 being someone like Hurd. I almost hope we draw Nicholls just to see the melt then shuts the board up after they get dragged through coals like a hate crime.

Their ace is good but he's not that damn good. They make it sound like they have some type of generational player on the mound. All they have to do is get him off the mound and LSU has the hitting to do it. We've already seen their bullpen. A motivated LSU team isn't the same as a midweek LSU team. Not even close.
He hasn't seen bats like LSU this year. Wouldn't mind him in our bullpen next year though!
