good grief, Tulane and Georgia Tech left the SEC sometime around 1962----

Even though Baylor is holding up the Texas AM deal. It would be better to invite Baylor than Tulane. Tulane adds ZERO TV sets. Baylor gets another footprint in TX and they have decent athletics.

probably true, but compared to Tulane. It is night and day. Baylor competes in a BCS conference and is in the 2nd most populated state with two cites that each have larger populations that the entire state of Louisiana.
