Not sure if serious. They would bring nothing to the table.

It was a half joke. They are a founding member though.

No point. LSU and the SEC already own the New Orleans market. We should instead add Millsaps. That way we get those Jackson and Memphis markets.

1. they suck at football
2. they suck at basketball
3. they suck at baseball
4. they suck at attending their own games
5. they don't add one ounce of value but will take a cut of the money

To be honest I hate the idea of expansion anyway. We're already the best conference. Why not boost our academics and who knows they could improve athletically overtime.

Half serious, maybe a cupcake game during the season not involving someone named Vandy or Ole Miss isn't a bad idea. Being a Texan I would prefer Rice (just as good academically and just as bad athletically, but they are in Texas), but Tulane was a charter member so maybe the SEC wouldn't immediately toss the application in the trash. (They might first then vote no)

I wouldn't mind them joining. Better athletics than Tulane and one of the top-notch universities anywhere in the US if not the world.

You must be kidding. Anyway, a school must at least have an on campus stadium to be in the SEC. Have you ever tailgated outside the Superdome? Awful....

the Saints have plenty of tailgating... plus you're already downtown.

if Tulane moves back on campus there won't be tailgating because there won't be space
