i dont need to do research on rutgers tv ratings, the big 10 has already done it. thats why rutgers will be in the big 10 when all is said and done.

Agreed.
Here is how I see this panning out. The Big Ten will give ND one more chance, if they come, then the Big East Teams come. I still see Missouri coming in, but I would not count out Texas, Texas A&M, Kansas, and Kansas St either.
