Thanks for finding and posting.
Dr. Loftin, first and foremost, is a good man.
Second, he is a Physics Ph.D. who used to do complex modeling for NASA ... 100+ variable-type stuff.
A&M has been blessed to have him and Dr. Robert Gates, who left us to become our Nation's Secretary of Defense under Presidents Bush and Obama.

Yeah, I though we would never find a good replacement to Dr. Robert Gates (former director of the CIA) 
Loftin's a good Ag. I am glad he was at the helm during all of this.
