But only if you get caught and that's the problem with using self-interest as some kind of basis for morality/ethics.

For people who believe in the primacy of self interest, the answer is yes.

Pullman, Washington disagrees.
Equal revenue sharing is not good for USC as an individual entity, but it is a lifeline for schools like Wazzu. It's good for overall conference strength, which is what Scott is trying to build with that revenue. He wants the PAC to be THE economic force in college athletics, and I'd say he's moving and shaking in the right direction.
