So what's next?

Who's move is it now? Is the Big 12 done after adding TCU/WVU? What about after the Big East officially gets SMU/Houston/UCF (Boise/AFA)? How will that affect the little guys?

Big East is up next. They will raid CUSA and the MWC and then those two conferences will have to fill wholes. Still some moves to be made that will shake up the landscape further but nothing else that will affect the Big 5 conferences.

The Southland was raided by the WAC but I am hearing that those schools could possibly move to Conference USA instead of the WAC because of their markets. Schools are UT-Arlington 32,956 enrollment,
Texas St 34,113 enrollment, and UT- San Antonio 30,000.
Just a rumor that I heard so I do not know if this is something that CUSA will seriously consider. I'm sure LA Tech are on the radar also.

I can see Texas State and UTSA moving since both of them have football programs. UT Arlington does not, though, so we'll probably stay in the WAC.
LA Tech has the best chance so it can get out of its nightmarish travel schedule.

La Tech should definitely do everything they can to get in to CUSA. Would be a much better fit for them obviously.
