So what happens to poor Baylor and Texas Tech?

Serious question. I feel kind of bad for these guys.

They'll probably join TCU in the expanded Mountain West, which is probably enough to push them over the top for a BCS automatic bid. Seems perfect for them to me. Weaker competition to build there programs up like TCU has done.

Except that TCU still holds a grudge against Baylor since the Bears got the Big 12 nod. At this rate Baylor may be looking at the Sun Belt conference.

i just hope texas tech can go somewhere where they aren't in the same division as two powers like OU and Texas, and maybe get a conference championship

TTU should go to the PAC 10 Super conference. Baylor should go to CUSA.
