i believe the exact phrase was "Presser at 4".
at any rate, i agree with others on here that the SEC is trying to distance itself from aTm until the the divorce is somewhat finalized, meaning aTm approves leaving the big12, and aTm and the Big12 have come to an agreement on the payout should theyopt to leave.
I think you'll see the SEC offer formally extended thereafter.
