Utah makes more sense to me for the Pac Con than A+M. Sorry, but I'm still hung up on teams actually being in a general region. and this would actually be a good rival for Colorado.

This principal was already thrown out the window when the Pac-10 offered half the Big 12 teams. I'm hoping the SEC sticks to this principal when going after teams for expansion.

That if A&M does goes to the SEC, that their spot will likely go to the Utah Utes.
The PAC 10 traveling is gonna be a joke! Sorry in this case Bigger is not better.

Texas schools playing games in Washington ST parents should love that travel time to see their kids play.

Everybody keeps talking about travel. In the new crap 16 they won't play each other. according to one article i read it would be the pac 10 teams minus the AZ schools in one division and they would all play each other. then the former big 12 schools plus AZ schools in the other. at the end of the season both division champs get a BCS bid and never play for an outright champion because the PAC 10 doesn't like the idea of a championship game. This is why TX wants in so bad because they would have a BCS birth every year!

Great....if Utah leaves the MWC there goes 1 yearly opponent to actually give Boise a fight. Boise in the MWC would be no different than them in the WAC! Win one game a year and you're in the BCS. At least with the current set up, they'd have to play TCU and Utah every year.

If Utah goes PAC-?, the MWC will take Kansas, K-State and Missou (along with Boise who is already in).

If Utah stays MWC, those three teams have to fight for 2 remaining slots.

It’s closer to the Pacific.

I didn't think that mattered to them when choosing which schools to join.

They aren't under investigation by the NCAA and FBI.
