FSU has about as much chance of joining the conference as my college intramural team does. They wouldn't get the votes needed. Nor would Ga Tech. Tech adds NOTHING of value.
I expect it to be Va Tech, but only after all options with OU have been exhausted.

GT has shitty fan base and they left once already. Not gonna happen IMO
FSU or Oklahoma would be pretty strong. UNC or VTech would be ok as well. I guess Clemson is a no go?

Put A&M in the West, VA Tech (or name a school) in the East.

Apparently the SEC won't be adding any teams from states that currently have an SEC team.
I personally like Georgia Tech, but VT, NC State, Okla State would expand the SEC's territory into new markets.
Mizzou would do so as well but they want B1G, that would add instability in a conference which prides itself on stability.
OU would defeat A&M's purpose to differentiate its brand (they already have trouble competing with OU in the DFW area for recruits) but grabbing one of college football's elite programs (and helping them piss off their chief rival) may be too much for Slive to reject.
