Is it for sure that baylor is sueing?

Google search had mixed reports. Some say yes others say no. I figured td would have the official word

I don't think so - I think the only "sure" thing is that at least one school, most likely Baylor, has indicated that it does not release its legal claims against the SEC....

Latest is no one knows what is going on, but apparently Iowa State, Kansas, Kansas State are joining Baylor on the legal front. 
No big deal to lose Nebraska and Colorado but A&M lands the SEC and all these schools

Looks like the SEC can sue Dan Beebe's arse off.
A&M and the SEC proceeded based on Beebe's letter absolving the SEC of any liability from lawsuit by the conference OR ITS MEMBERS if A&M were invited by the 8th.

Would think so but either way believe Wolf is trolling here. Plus don't see the SEC as the types to start litigation.
