If big 12 renegotiates conf $ sharing:

Would a&m stay in the big 12?
I feel like a lot of this SEC talk is posturing from them for a new contract to share $$$ between all teams in the big 12.
If that happens, does a&m stay put?
And if that's the case, SEC stays at 12, which I'm all for.

A&M, like OU, always voted for this method of rev sharing. It was never a unilateral Texas mandate. In fact, if the Big12 starts sharing rev equally, OU & A&M will make less money......I'm sure that will make them want to stay.

I think he means b/c a&m and OU get a bigger piece of the pie right now.

So a&m doesn't want what's fair, they want more money?
And why are they coming to the SEC again?

A&M made it clear yesterday that they are not staying under any condition.

The only way A&M stays in the Big XII is kicking and screaming and against our will.

SEC isn't going to allow a&m in if they are in a litigation battle. That's already been said.

no need for a legal battle if the big XII is viable.

Agree, that has been stated over and over

A&M is gone. In the SEC. It is all but official.

The problem IS Texas. They screwed up the Big12 and they botched the deal with the Pac12. They need to either compromise with the other Big12 teams or go independent. I am sick and tired of them.
The Big12 needs to work with Texas, keep Mizzou, then add 3 teams to make it an actual 12 team conference. I dont see anything wrong with adding BYU, TCU, and Boise St, then put OU and UT in opposite divsions.

Liucci went on Finebaum and said A&M has always wanted equal revenue sharing but that is so contrary to the facts that most aggies here will tell you that is baloney. The aggie consensus seems to be that the LHn wasn't the final straw BUT Texas wanting to show conference games and high school games/highlights was the deciding factor. of course, every one of those issues was decided by the conference in favor of A&M, not Texas, which proves that this is just a big internet fueled ego trip so that when eveyrone is at work, and Texas fans are talking about BCS wins and national tiles, aggie fans can beat their chests and proudly proclaim they are in the best conference......even though several media sources are saying the Big 12 is now better than the SEC so aggie is .....well.....aggie.....

I think the final straw for A&M was outlined nicely in the article yesterday out of Oklahoma that punked UT..

All of these issue, how the conference shares revenue and allowing schools to have their control of their 3rd tier rights and start their own networks, were voted in by every member of the Big 12.
Why does everyone think Texas made some unilateral decision?
Why is Texas to blame for how OU and A&M voted?
