Don't say that. Since y'all are close to them you can play them for one of those big arse gay Aggie boots.

It's easy to be on their side in this situation. When Baylor and Texas are acting like complete jack asses, it's great to see aggie stand up for itself and Oklahoma dishing it out.

I really think they will be fun to have in the sec, even as strange as they are.

They're joining an athletic conference to generate revenue - none of which you personally will ever see - as a business deal.

Aggies aren't showing up at your house to paint your fence.

The Aggies are not extrememly excited to be joining the SEC because it might increase our revenue. We want to be in the SEC because this is where we belong. This is where we have belonged all along.

If you don't understand or accept this fact you will when you get to know us.

Actually, I am married to an aggie. She may not paint my fence, but you bet your arse she will be doing some dishes.

Aggies and even Missouri have SEC balls.

Especially Aggies.

I'm good with it. But I want to see two top level East teams also.

I just can't wait until it's done. I realize there are quite a few SEC fans that don't want this to happen, but hopefully we will earn some respect after a few yrs or so. I think in the end we will be good for the conference and it will be good for us.

KMA. A&M was born to be a part of the SEC. That is who they are. The SEC is where they are supposed to be.

I'm the same way Grand dad. Although I'll hate their guts next year. Funny how we hate SEC teams, the have the capability to switch come bowl time or Out of conference games.

What other schools have shown the unwavering resolve of Texas A&M? Who else has kept their mouth shut at the official level with all the B.S. spewed their way?

The Fightin' Texas Aggies is who.

We're not trying to be anybody else in the SEC, but we'll be a good friend and a bad enemy.

I sincerely hope we play in the West for 2012 and the East for 2013 so that A&M can acquaint ourselves with everyone and visit for a while with each SEC University, at home or away ...

And by then (2014), the panicky ACC (Pitt and 'Cuse?!?!) will have lost one or two members that have the following characteristics:

1) A southern school;
2) That takes football seriously.

The SEC will then be set in stone and will rule football and baseball and will challenge fiercely in basketball for a very long time ...

I will admit I was against them joining at first because after all they were from the Big 12 but the more I find out about the situation the more I start to feel that the Aggies are part of the SEC more then any other team out there. Certainly over WVU. Even Mizz. Def OU and OSU that's for damn sure.

After visiting their various boards the general feeling seem to be SEC bound is a great thing. Even deciding weather or not to chant "SEC" at their game. That's shows me loyalty and commitment, something that I can't see OU or OSU doing if they were force to apply to the SEC.

So I might be late or early depending on how you guys see it but welcome to the SEC. I would even go so far as to say one day I look forward to them winning it all in the SEC only to face the Whorns for all the marbles. I think that day would have the SEC united behind an TAMU team.

Get here already and stop dragging!
