those two schools did not directly affect Baylor. They are not in Texas, and were not a part of the South. When they left, the big 12 was assumed to continue on.

Once the Big 12 dips under 10 teams, the massive new contract with Fox for 2nd tier rights is immediately voided.
Wrong. Texas is one of the schools which has granted the waiver:
This is a Baylor s**tfit

It should be noted that #TexasTech along with OU, OSU & UT have waived their right to sue in all of this. Again, Big 12 teleconference at 12
This is a Baylor s**tfit

This just validates the claims made by Nebraska and Colorado that the Big XII was Texas-centric and that northern schools were always playing second fiddle.

Baylor is fighting the battle for Texas. There is no way Texas would stop A&M they needed a guinea pig Baylor is it.

No. It is clear that the PAC-12 is talking to Texas and Texas Tech. If they were talking to Texas and Baylor, it would be Texas Tech suing the SEC. A&M leaving sets the wheels in motion for TX and TX Tech to go to the PAC-12. Baylor becomes a man without a country.

And yet Tom Osborne was made out to be some kind of psychopath for suggesting that this was the case.
