since they broke it, is there any way that the new Big12 could take them off the schedule this coming season as a big
?

I can't imagine that being a possibility or a good idea even if they could.

Best frick you is beating the dog crap out of them and keeping their TV money

Not now. The schedules are already out. And with Colorado leaving, too, that'd give two bye weeks. Plus, I just don't even think it's possible. The NCAA wouldn't allow it.

Saw in another thread, you said A&M was your favorite non-SEC team. That made me

I bet the refs don't give Nebraska or Colorado the benefit of the doubt a lot

I didn't even think of that, that would be fricking hilarious

It came pretty damn close to happening for Boston College in their last year with the Big East and would have been the first BCS bowl in school history.
Unfortunately for them, they blew their final Big East conference game, against Syracuse, and Pitt won the right to get arse-raped by Urban Meyer's Utah team in the Fiesta Bowl instead of them.

By announcing their intent to leave the conference.
The Big 12 ADs, such as Lew Perkins at Kansas, are referring to Nebraska's announcement that they intend to leave the conference as "breach of contract" and any payment by Nebraska to get out of that contract "damages".
Perkins may just be saying that because the FBI has a branch office up his arse due to Kansas' ticket-scalping investigation.

First off, how high were you when you posted this? Because that's one terrible idea.
A) The NCAA would just say "Well, you didn't have 12 teams participate in the league, so frick you conference championship game"
B) I highly doubt Nebraska "broke" their contract. They all have clauses that allow for them to exit the league. As long as they do it within the appropriate timeline and pay the appropriate fee then there is nothing they can do.
