Horrible academically relative to their school. Actually, WVU would be the worst academically in the SEC if they came to it, so image the ACC (strongest academically)

If a&m gets accepted, look for wvu to be immediately accepted right after.
Without a&m, there is no expansion.

I really don't see a scenario of West Virginia getting in. You can rationalize it all you want, but the SEC will likely stop at 13 until the next round of expansion when better schools may be available.
