This needs to be made abundantly clear because I can't tell if you are or are not saying this. BAYLOR WILL NOT SUE A&M. Baylors suit is against the SEC for tortious interference. There is absolutely no case against A&M for "breach" because the Big XII by laws determine the exit fees which are in effect liquidated damages.
