You're the AD of a BCS program

looking for a head coach.....
Who are your top 3 candidates this year? They could be coordinators or they could be coaches in the non-bcs conferences.....

1. Brain Kelly - Let's face it. Cincy, just because they are in the Big East. Big Whoop. It's still a "small time football" school
2. Todd Graham - Get a solid D-Coor. behind him and this guy could be unstoppable.
3. Chris Peterson - Winner. Winner. Winner. He's 35-3.
Sure, I went on a limb, but it's my list, I can name who I want to.

I think the same could be said for Leach.

3. Tuberville with a great recruiting coordinator. Tuberville does more with less then any coach I've seen but I think I would work to get a Kevin Steele or Orgeron type of guy to back him up with the recruiting

Realistically my #2 and #3 were mainly about availability and familiarity (and the fact that I think that, while different, both of those guys get the most out of their players, but both would need some help on the recruiting side). My #1 (again, my list) was the coach I would call first, regardless, if I had a vacancy, or if the coach was looking for a job.

1. Brian Kelly (with a BULLET)
2. Brady Hoke (Ball St. gets a lot done on its level with some pretty bad talent outside of the QB spot)

Not a big Peterson guy because the Boise system has yet to work at a BCS school (Arizona State, Colorado)
