les has to either go ASAP if thats what he wants to do, or quit even TALKING to Michigan and just cut off contact with them. He is trying to be buddy buddy with both LSU and UM and it is not working. He needs to pledge his allegiance to one school and stick with them and only them. Les has come out with some definitive statements, but then he starts talking with them again?!? Give me a break!

one more thing, this whole ordeal is hurting LSU more than it is hurting Michigan and its a shame Les doesn't realize that.

Why would it hurt LSU more? UM has no coach at all. If I were a recruit I'd seriuosly reconsider my commitment to UM. If I were a LSU commitment I'd already know Les will be the coach.

LSU is fine. Les can still like Michigan for goodness sake. Les Might want to keep the door open for that job you know 4 or 5 years down the line if the new guy doesnt work out. You know as his Coaching Swan song. Come save the Ala Mater etc etc. I am betting he is just making sure there were no long term misunderstandings

It's distracting to the players and assistant coaches, not to mention potential recruits who have commited to playing for him at LSU. If Miles is stupid enough to f*ck up the biggest game of his coaching career because he feels he has to make nice with UM, then he needs to get his arse to Ann Arbor pronto. God help him if we lose to OSU and he decides to bolt for UM.

Miles may be waiting on all the old cronies to die off before returning to Mich

No, it's more distracting to the fans. The players are focused on the game coming up, not their coach's future plans. Sorry, but that's reality. Players aren't between plays worrying about the coach -- they are worried about making the catch/tackle/block/etc.

I agree 100% Most of this drama has been self-inflicted by small-penised, insecure, self-loathing LSU fans.

Sorry, but I disagree. You seriously think this isn't affecting the team...on the eve of the biggest game of their lives to hear rumors that once again their coach is contemplating leaving? Go back and read interviews by some the of the players after the SECCG. They talk about not knowing and being distracted prior to Miles' press conference.

I honestly don't believe I could have expressed it as well as this. I agree 100%.
