No it's not breaking news. I was reading on here where a fellow poster said we didn't offer Herman. I just tend to believe WWL over Bugapaintrain but that's just me

I think it's fairly clear Fisher got an offer, as well as Herman. Its not like we can push the offer like Michael Corleone did to Mo Green.

I'm sure LSU has floated numbers to his agent. That's about all you get without some agreement.
