So.....if the boosters want to spend the money, we should tell them, "No. We want someone cheaper in the event it doesn't work out. We don't want you to get tired of spending money on LSU football?"

Is that really what we are saying here? We are going to pre-emptively cut off or not use some of the money boosters are willingly giving to prevent the boosters from potentially deciding to give less down the road if things go bad?
