An unconfirmed rumor sets all of the melt divas into overtime.

As the donations begin to dry up and more and more tickets go unsold in 2018, hopefully the message will finally be received and major changes at the top will finally happen.

I may be wrong but I don't think you will see a substantial reduction in donations this year. For every "I'm protesting Orgeron's hire and Canada's firing so I'm not renewing my season tickets" there will be another new fan who has been dying to buy a decent season ticket package. And the big donors are being told that O has two years to make this work or he and Alleva will both be gone. There may be some holding of big donations but Tradition Fund money and most donations will be made as usual. And will oil prices up it should increase some donations substantially.

I don’t think there is any way Saban hires Canada. He wants someone who will do what he wants. He may not be as controlling as some, but he has the rep and the rings to earn whatever level of control that he wants.

Can any of you see Canada being ok with that? I can’t. I wanted him here and I would like to have seen him back next year with a more experienced group and a QB more suited to run what he wanted. However, his rep goes beyond just LSU. He has been a rolling stone and he was shown the door at NCSU for similar reasons to his time here. I just don’t see a guy as smart as Saban taking a risk like that. Sure, Kiffin was a risk, but he knew he could control him to a degree. Canada looks like he would rather scorch Earth than back down.

Now Freeze? Yeah. I can see that happening. That wouldn’t shock me in the least.
