McQueary (the person who testified) SAID that another coach SAID that Schiano SAID he had seen things in the shower.


Both the coach who McQueary said told him that AND Schiano deny this.

So all thats there is 3rd hand information that no one can confirm, and it was never even used in court at all, and not a single person ever sued or sought to sue Schiano. He was completely innocent in every aspect as far as anyone can possibly prove.

Maybe you’re a lawyer—I’m not—but I think it’s insane to side with after-the-fact public denials in the media over deposition testimony. What was McQueary‘s motive to falsely implicate Schiano? How often do you think someone who’s being grilled about serial pedophilia mistakes or lies about involved parties? Do you think McQueary or the coach who told him about that event simply mistook an incident like that? As in, it wasn’t a memorable enough event for either man to witness their very close colleague to tell them that he saw his boss trying to get his rocks off with a little boy in their office shower? Maybe the whole Sandusky incident never happened...after all, Sandusky has denied the charges at different points in the past. Is the fact that charges weren’t brought against Schiano evidence of absolution? I’ll bet all of that is absolutely correct, you’re right, we should just believe the media reports over legal depositions.

Do you even register the fact that you’re siding with the media? Isn’t all news fake? Did McQueary ever recant?

Don’t be such a tool. Charges weren’t brought against Schiano, but that isn’t exculpatory...it just means that charges weren’t brought against Schiano.

It's already happening, just check the last few pages of the Briles thread and you'll see that Briles has already been indicted by public opinion regardless of the facts not at all lining up with said indictment. It's insane what hypocrites people have become.
