Sigh...Yep, I am beginning to believe the search was just a charade.

As long as Brick is half competent, getting coach O would be huge.

It is beginning to look like Miles really wanted Brick all along. This kind of charade happens a lot when in house people are hired, at least in academia (my professional experience).

The alternative, namely that we are being rejected by the other candidates, is even more disconcerting.

I am holding out hope that Les hires someone better qualified than Haley, but it looks like we are running out of options.
