Earlier this week Enos was contacted by representatives from LSU.

Is EdO looking for a coordinator for next season or is there interest in Enos becoming the new head tiger?

Doesn't Enos have some sort of clause where he can't coach at another SEC school?

I wanted him last year and was told this

I'm sure when looking for coaches they don't just zero in on one or two and not look anywhere else.

Yes. But not for a head coaching gig. Only for coordinator position.

He wasn't. Just like everybody else, he's trying to drum up interest. Maybe he is looking to get out of Arkansas.

His source is another Arky poster

LINK

quote:

Long story short, a good buddy of mine in our AD texted me today and said that "some higher up at LSU contacted our (football) ops dept.... Here's the kicker, they didn't call to speak to Bielema, it was for Dan" This guy has no reason to lie or tell me this out of the blue for no reason, but was telling me this in a more comical manner like the people in the athletic department were having a good laugh about it. If this is true, it would totally shake the beliefs of about 99% of the posters on the coaching changes board who believe they have Fisher or Herman completely locked down. I asked him when this call took place and he said that he thinks it was yesterday but wasn't 100% sure. He also wasn't 100% sure it was about the HC gig, although several there assumed that it was. Either way it would appear that their coaching search isn't going as well as hoped. I just hope we don't lose Enos in some way, but i wouldn't blame him in the least bit if this was truly the case. I'm just trying to decide the best way to troll them with this info, or if I even should. Any ideas?

He develops QBs. You consider his offense boring because they don't have a running QB and dynamic playmakers.

Which made me curious if you guys had heard anything on your end about it.

I could see EdO contacting him for OC but not so much him being contacted regarding the HC gig.

When the purple and gold bagmen present Bert with the briefcase full of Golden Corral gift certificates to look the other way, we'll be in like Flynt.

Ed was asking him how he liked it at AR. Ed has been offered to come to AR as D coordinator
