Pretty obvious most of you idiots aren't near retirement age.
Peace and quiet, easy access to an airport, a nice lake, warm temperatures, good food, a killer private golf course, and easy to get from point A to point B.

I'm pretty sure I remember reading that the Sabans own(ed) multiple properties on Lake Burton, at least one of which was a real estate development project, which was sold.
That was one of the prior times he was gone, though, so my memory may not be serving me correctly.
