If it was strictly football that UT was worried about it would be Charlie Strong. But Mr. Strong isn't so strong with media relations. The wine and crumpet eaters at UT won't hire a guy who can't hold his own, or doesn't care to, in the media.

It is a good question. Word out of UT today is that Saban has distanced himself from the fray while MB is still there out of respect. Brown will be replaced and once formally announced the replacement issue will get serious fast. CNS will be the first on the list and he will absolutely have to say no to the move directly. Once the cards are on the table and out in the open nobody knows what Saban will do but it's his to turn down. It's my understanding they have a prioritized list of candidates with Charlie Strong in 2nd place behind Saban. I don't propose to have a clue what Saban will do but he is going to be pressed hard.
